Your Family Asset was founded by Lea. She has won several awards in her career which has spanned over 25 years and prides herself as being open, approachable, and able to adapt to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
With a vast knowledge of the marketplace, Lea has the skill and mindset to guide you every step of the way.
Your financial needs will be as individual as you are and so is our advice. We provide a tailored solution depending on your individual situation.
Lea is herself a widow and in her own words has been in the most unimaginable place in her life unexpectedly and knows only too well what can happen if not fully prepared for life’s changes.
CHARMAINE WOODLEY
Charmaine has worked alongside Lea for over 10 years and has in-depth knowledge of the mortgage world and its products.

XENIA BRAGAGNINI
Recently qualified, Xenia Bragagnini hopes to follow in the family business by bringing the newest information and a fresh work ethic to the team. Her background in teaching and performing arts gives her the skills to confidently speak about her newly acquired knowledge and warmly guide our clients to the best products and financial solutions for them.
Xenia spent the last year Studying her Certification in Mortgage and Protection Advice (CeMap) qualification alongside working in banking and raising her 4-year-old daughter. Her experience in the world of banking gave her an unmatched exposure to rates, trends and the mortgage markets which she passes down to our clients on a daily basis.
Xenia is passionate about sharing the importance of making wills and trusts and general estate planning as she knows only too well that the unthinkable can happen at any time to any person.
